About Danish Jane
History
Danish Jane was founded in 2012 by Monica Jane (whose Danish heritage inspired her shop's name). A love for Madame Alexander Dolls and a life long hobby of painting led Monica to open her Etsy shop, Danish Jane, where she offers hundreds of dolls, Byer's Choice, Vintage Wares, Victoriana, and hand-painted Folk Art. Over the past 11+ years, with over 2500 sales, star seller Danish Jane has grown into a primary trusted source for collectors of Madame Alexander Dolls, and unique art and gifts.
Our Products
Danish Jane takes much pride in offering the very best selection of Madame Alexander Dolls, from the vintage classics to the very rare, in every price range. Honest, transparent shop policies and excellent customer service are the cornerstones of Danish Jane. In addition to beautiful dolls, you can find hand-painted folk art, created by proprietor Monica Jane. Monica hopes to be adding more art to her shop, as she returns to her beloved hobby. Together, with her husband of almost 50 years (who photographs, packs and ships orders), Monica enjoys communicating with her customers from all over the country, and sharing the beauty of these dolls with others.
